FAQ

Is there a minimum length of stay?

The minimum length of stay is two nights and we can accommodate for all lengths of stay up to 5 months. We advise speaking to us directly for longer stays to ensure the best rates available.

Is parking available?

Parking is available at all our apartments however this availability can be limited particularly during peak season. Full details will provided upon booking and any further questions can be addressed.

Are dogs allowed?

We are dog owners ourselves so we understand they are very much part of the family. We also appreciate that not everyone likes dogs or they suffer from allergies associated with pets. For these reasons we have decided to have no pets within the apartments and we hope you understand.

Do you have disabled facilities?

Our apartments do not provide complete disabled facilities however please contact us where we can discuss your requirements and we can see if any of our apartments are suitable.

What is included in the cost?

Included is the exclusive use of the apartments and all its facilities. A full furnished apartment includes cookware, dishes, utensils, linen, hairdryer, smart TV and WiFi. All apartments have either an iron or handheld steam iron.

From the start of your stay we will provide a few of the basic essentials too.

For those staying for longer periods, extra housekeeping visits can be arranged at a small additional charge.

 

Can cots be provided?

Yes. If one is required please ensure you email or call us with the request at least 2 days in advance.

What do I need to bring?

We recommend you bring your adaptors and chargers etc. Our smart TVs have Freeview, on demand and other streaming services however please bring your own associated cable if you wish to watch the TV through your mobile or tablet via an hdmi port.
These are self-catering apartments so whilst we provide the initial tea/coffee, shower gel and toilet roll please consider bringing your own supplies particularly for longer stays. There are plenty of local amenities nearby to to stock up once you arrive if you haven't brought supplies with you. 

How do I check in/check out?

All our apartments have keyless locks. When you book with us you will receive an email detailing your individual key code and instructions for access. Check in is at 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out is at 10am on the departure date to allow our cleaners the time to prepare the apartment for our next guests. Please be aware that the door codes allocated to you will expire after this time. If for any reason there is a fault with the network or you would rather use a key, we have them available too.
